“Bulletin of the Kulob State University
named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki”
The scientific journal “Bulletin of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki” was created in 2009 on the initiative of the former rector of the university, Professor Kodirov Karimjon Barfakovich, and the first issue was published in the same year.
The journal is registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and operates in accordance with the requirements and legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. The scientific journal “Bulletin of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki” is registered in the “International Serial Standard Number (ISSN)” center and has a bilateral agreement with the Electronic Scientific Library of the Russian Federation (elibrary.ru) and the Russian Citation Index). The subscribers of this journal are: scientists and teachers, doctoral students in specialties, undergraduates, masters, students, organizations and enterprises, entrepreneurs, specialists, other citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and foreign countries. From the day of its foundation, from 2 to 4 issues are published annually. Till now, 25 issues have been made available to readers.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE JOURNAL
The purpose of the scientific journal is to reflect the scientific and cultural life, socio-economic life, promotion and publication of the scientific achievements of scientists, teachers, graduate students, domestic and foreign students.
Responsibilities of the journal:
- observance of the Charter;
- Acquaintance with scientific and research achievements of scientists, teachers, PhD students by specialty, undergraduates, masters, Tajik and foreign students regardless of their field of activity;
- ensuring the high quality of materials of theoretical and practical importance, and their publication in the journal;
- submit reports and information to expand cooperation and promote activities.
From the very beginning the journal has been operating under the editorship of editors, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor K.B Kodirov (2009-2010), Doctor of Philology, Professor N.N Solehov (2010-2012), Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdullo Habibullo (2012-2020) and since 2020 under the special supervision of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Rector of Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki Miralizoda Abdusalom Mustafo has been publishing issues.
The editorial staff consists of 9 doctors and 7 candidates of science, who are scientific, scientific and pedagogical staff and specialists in various fields. All members of the editorial board are experienced professionals in their field.

All published scientific articles in accordance with the requirements of the journal have an abstract (in Russian and English), keyword (in Russian and English), information about the author (in Russian and English), bibliography, scientific apparatus (scientific apparatus) are compiled according to the rules proposed by the journal.
The scientific journal “Bulletin of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki” has been finalized in accordance with the Rules for compiling a catalog of peer-reviewed scientific journals (publications) of the Republic of Tajikistan, approved by the Board of the Academy under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 27, 2017, No. 1/2. , depending on the field of science: 07.00.00 – Historical and archaeological sciences, 13.00.00 – Pedagogical sciences, 10.00.00 – Philological sciences are being prepared for publication at the Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki.
